Compounds in chocolate, tea and olive oil: Why are they so healthy?

Scientists from the American Chemical Society (ACS) have discovered why chocolate, tea and olive oil are so healthy for us. It seems the compounds in certain foods promote health at a cellular level to reduce inflammation. Some foods can stave off cancer, diabetes and other disease and now researchers know more about why food is good medicine.
